Banquet Details & Other Arrangements
Seating will be at round tables that accommodate from 8 – 10 guests. Unless otherwise requested.
Floor length tablecloths included in package are peach and white. Napkins color available are white. Overlays for tablecloths and skirting are free.
Candles and floral centerpieces are available at a nominal charge. The hotel will not permit affixing anything to walls, floors or ceilings unless approved by management.
We need your assistance in making your event a success. Number of guests must be specified four business days in advance. We will prepare meals for 5% over your guaranteed number so as to meet any unexpected changes. In the event of a reduced number of guests, we must charge for the number guaranteed.
A 15% Service Charge will be added to all food and beverage charges.
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 50% will be required two weeks before the event date in order to make the reservation definite; this deposit confirms the reservation of space. The estimated balance is due 30 days after the function.
The hotel shall not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the hotel prior to or following the function.
This package is designed to fulfill all your expectations, but can be customized to create the unique event of your dreams. No food and beverages, Alcoholic or otherwise shall be brought into the hotel by patron or attendees.
All guests attending the function must park their vehicle across the road from our bakery and hotel and not immediately in front of the premises. This is kept free for our supermarket clients.
Outside the main hall in the reception area we will provide a table for the wedding attendance signing book. in our spacious and fully air-condition banquet hall a table will also be provided for the gifts and one for the wedding cake.
Our PA system will be made available for speeches during the event and will provide light background music. You would have to provide any specific music in the form of CD or music player which will be played through our system. If a band or a DJ will be providing entertainment for the function we wish to be notified at least 72 hours prior to the event and must have the person in charge to discuss the requirements before any connections are made to our system.
In the event that there will be a photographer and/or a video grapher and any special connections, plugs or lighting required they must contact the hotel at least 72 hours before the event to discuss the location of stands and other equipment before the hall is prepared to avoid any problems during the function.
